Erin Campbell Kadowaki

Erin Kadowaki is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing her practice on real estate finance matters. As a 2019 Ballard Spahr summer associate, Erin drafted and reviewed legal documents relating to bridge loan transactions for commercial real estate and conducted legal research and writing projects on a variety of litigation and transactional issues. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Erin worked as a compliance consultant, assisting registered investment advisers with regulatory compliance issues including initial federal/state registration, drafting of disclosure documents, compliance program adoption and implementation, marketing material review, and annual compliance testing. While in law school, Erin interned with a prominent asset-management firm, where she researched regulatory guidelines and updated compliance materials.
