Kyra Honkanen

Kyra Honkanen is a business and transactions associate who focuses on mergers and acquisitions. While attending law school, Kyra worked at Ballard Spahr as a summer associate, where she conducted legal research and drafted transactional documents including lease assignments, terms and conditions, and purchase agreements.

Kyra gained additional legal experience as an extern for Accenture, where she drafted documents, including gift donation agreements. As a legal intern with Code42, she assisted with structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including master services agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and software, subscription, and licensing agreements.

Before beginning her law career, Kyra worked as a risk compliance audit professional, focusing on anti-money laundering and preventing financial crimes.
