Brendan Glynn is an associate in the Finance Department who focuses his practice on public finance matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Brendan was part of the Washington, D.C. office of a national law firm, where he supported real estate and public finance partners. In this role, Brendan facilitated the closings of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, public/private projects, and bond financings.
While attending law school, Brendan also gained additional experience as a law clerk for a real estate investment trust, where he assisted lawyers, construction experts, and tenant coordinators on various legal and operational matters.
