Roshni Ghosh, Ph.D., is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department who advises biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and other life sciences companies on protecting and maximizing the value of their innovations. Her practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, portfolio strategy, and intellectual property due diligence for emerging growth and established companies across the life sciences sector.
Roshni counsels clients on cutting-edge therapeutics and platform technologies, including gene therapy, mRNA therapeutics, cell-based therapies, immunotherapy, oncology, antibody therapeutics, microbiology, virology, and genomics. Drawing on her scientific training, she helps clients translate complex research into practical and commercially aligned intellectual property strategies.
