Colin M. Gaynor advises clients on a variety of real estate matters, with an emphasis on representing lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions.

Before joining Ballard Spahr, Colin worked in Fixed Income and Equity Operations at Morgan Stanley and worked in the Legal Department at T. Rowe Price Group.

Colin has participated in Wills for Heroes events in Maryland at which he and other Ballard Spahr attorneys assisted first responders and veterans in completing estate planning documentation.

Colin has participated in the Bar Association of Baltimore City Small Business Clinic at which he provided legal advice to small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.
