
Colin M. Gaynor advises clients on a variety of real estate matters, with an emphasis on representing mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions, including construction, acquisition, refinancing, bridge loans, mezzanine loans, asset management, and permanent financing, particularly multifamily, affordable housing, and seniors housing loans. Colin also represents real estate owners and developers in real estate finance transactions.
Before joining Ballard Spahr, Colin worked in Fixed Income and Equity Operations at Morgan Stanley and worked in the Legal Department at T. Rowe Price Group.

Colin has participated in Wills for Heroes events in Maryland at which he and other Ballard Spahr attorneys assisted first responders and veterans in completing estate planning documentation.
