Sonia Galan is an associate in the Finance Department, focusing her practice on real estate and commercial finance and investment transactions.
Sonia advises developers, investors, and lenders on complex development, financing, and M&A transactions, with an emphasis on energy, infrastructure, and resource sector projects. Prior to joining the firm, Sonia worked as a law clerk on matters involving bankruptcy, business disputes, and foreclosure proceedings.
