Adam Fetian is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department who focuses his practice on housing and real estate finance matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Adam served as an honors attorney for the Energy, Credits, and Excise Tax Division of the Office of Chief Counsel at the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. In this position, he advised internal clients, authored guidance, and published Letter Rulings for a range of matters.
While attending law school, Adam also gained experience through a legal internship at the Office of the Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Transportation and worked as a teaching assistant.
