Sarah R. W. East

Sarah East is a Real Estate associate who focuses her practice on real estate development and transactions. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she practiced law in Dallas, Texas, where she represented regional and national banks in the origination and servicing of commercial real estate loans across a wide variety of asset types and sectors. In this position, she also represented investors and developers in the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of commercial real estate projects.

After graduating from law school, Sarah gained additional experience as a graduate legal intern for the Chula Vista City Attorney and as deputy county counsel for the San Diego County Counsel.
