Jessica DuBois brings a depth of real world experience to her work assisting employers with employee benefits and human resources issues. Jessica currently advises corporate and nonprofit employers on employee benefit and executive compensation matters. Jessica works with clients to design, implement and administer retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and deferred compensation plans. She works with public companies to design stock incentive plans to retain employees and with emerging companies on phantom stock plans. Jessica's recent work also includes working with clients on employee benefit and compensation matters during mergers and acquisitions.

Additionally, Jessica works with employers providing advice on issues relating to accommodation and can provide training and education to assist in avoiding conflict and claims, especially relating to accommodations for transgender employees who are transitioning at work. Jessica routinely writes employee handbooks, drug testing policies, and leave policies that are up to date with the many changes in employment law.

Before becoming a lawyer, Jessica spent several years as a teacher. She also worked with a nonprofit organization in Oregon where she assisted communities across the state in passing ordinances inclusive of sexual orientation and gender identity.
