
Jacob Dachs represents owners, developers, and investors in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and leasing. He also has extensive experience serving as counsel for borrowers and lenders in the negotiation and execution of commercial mortgage loans and asset-backed finance, as well as revolving and syndicated credit facilities.
A significant portion of Jacob's practice involves the representation of both buy- and sell-side financial institutions in negotiating derivatives, and other trading and credit agreements including ISDA master agreements and related documentation. In addition, Jacob routinely advises corporate entities with respect to large-scale commercial hedging of commodities, currency, and interest rate risk. Similarly, Jacob assists mortgage borrowers and lenders in reviewing and negotiating interest rate cap agreements and swaps in connection with commercial mortgage loans.
