Scott Crumley has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate transactional work with a particular focus on leasing matters. He represents clients on local and national real estate projects, on both the owner/developer and end-user side and is particularly attuned to the practical business issues in a transaction after having spent over a decade of his real estate career working with clients as a real estate broker. Scott also negotiates construction and design contracts on behalf of a variety of clients.
Prior to his role at Ballard Spahr, Scott served as General Counsel/Chief Operating Officer at a Delaware Valley-based commercial real estate brokerage.
