Rebecca Conway is an Intellectual Property Department associate who focuses her practice on patents matters. Rebecca previously served as a summer associate at Ballard Spahr, where she assisted in patent prosecution for mechanical inventions, analyzed prior art references to identify risk, and created research memoranda.
Rebecca gained additional experience as a student intern at the University of Pennsylvania’s Detkin Intellectual Property and Technology Clinic and as a summer associate for a Wilmington law firm.
Prior to beginning her legal career, Rebecca worked as a product engineering manager and research and development engineer at a skincare technology and delivery company.
