Cole Clark focuses his practice on real estate transaction and investment matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he worked at a boutique transactional law firm, where he advised borrowers, lenders, and developers in complex real estate financings. In this role, Cole worked on transactions involving multi-tiered capital structures such as senior and subordinate debt, leverage loans, and tax credit equity investments. He also served as a primary point of contact for certain transaction components and coordinated among deal parties.
After graduating from law school, Cole was a law clerk at a multinational Am Law 100 firm, where he represented clients in the financing, acquisition, and development of complex projects, with a particular focus on the real estate and financing aspects of solar and renewable energy infrastructure.
