Amy Cheng is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, with a focus on housing and real estate finance matters.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Amy worked as an associate at an Am Law 100 firm, where she represented financial institutions and corporations in a broad range of equity-linked transactions. Amy was also a legal engagement manager for an AI-powered deal intelligence platform, where she collaborated with attorneys, financial professionals, and engineers to transform unstructured transactional legal documents into strategic insights.
While attending law school, Amy gained additional experience through a legal internship with Microsoft and summer associate positions in a variety of corporate practices.
