
Kyle Ceuninck is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department, focusing his practice on intellectual property litigation matters. Kyle is experienced in a variety of areas of intellectual property law, including patent infringement litigation, trademark portfolio management, trademark litigation, trade secret misappropriation, copyright litigation, and USPTO proceedings. He has drafted pre-trial pleadings and motions before federal district courts concerning various intellectual property and complex commercial issues. Kyle has also successfully prosecuted ICANN Uniform Domain-Name Resolution Policy (UDRP) Proceedings and managed all aspects of client trademark portfolios.
