Allison Canfield

Allison Canfield is a corporate associate focusing her practice on mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies and venture capital raising, and other corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she worked as an associate in the corporate department of a law firm in Portland.

Allison also served as corporate counsel at a global aerial imagery company, where she conducted due diligence for strategic projects, managed corporate governance processes, and negotiated a broad range of commercial agreements.

While attending law school, Allison gained additional experience through an in-house legal externship with an international vacation rental management company as its legal department prepared for an Initial Public Offering.
