
Connor Burns is a Real Estate associate whose practice focuses on complex commercial real estate (CRE) transactions. He represents developers, investors, lenders, and other market participants in CRE development, acquisitions, and financings. Connor has significant experience facilitating portfolio acquisitions, loan originations, facility advances, joint venture agreements, commercial leasing matters, and loan modifications.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Connor worked at an Am Law 100 law firm in New York, where he handled a broad range of real estate matters for lenders, borrowers, purchasers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. He previously gained experience at an Am Law 200 law firm in Boston working on various real estate-related projects.
