Megan Bryan is a Business and Transactions associate who focuses her practice on privacy and data security matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she worked as a law clerk in the Second Judicial District of Colorado, where she conducted legal research and drafted materials for complex civil and criminal law issues. In this role, Megan collaborated directly with judges on motion analysis, hearing preparation, and case disposition; reviewed and analyzed municipal appeals; and identified procedural and jurisdictional deficiencies to support judicial decision-making.
While attending law school, Megan gained practical experience through internships at the Federal Communications Commission, Public Knowledge, and a Colorado-based advertising technology company. Through these roles, she developed a foundation in regulatory research, policy analysis, and privacy compliance across both the public and private sectors.
