Ryan D. Brown counsels corporate entities in connection with middle-market mergers, acquisitions, sales, reorganizations and funding arrangements. Additionally, he advises clients on day-to-day legal and business matters.

Ryan received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, he served as Articles Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review and as Senior Staff Editor for the Tax Law Review. He also had two federal externships with the Honorable Robert E. Bacharach of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Suzanne Mitchell of the Western District of Oklahoma. In addition to his externships, Ryan worked for the Oklahoma Attorney General and the Tulsa County District Attorney. Prior to law school, Ryan worked as an accountant for two prominent companies in the energy industry, including a two-year stint working overseas in Mozambique, Africa.
