Katelyn Bradley is an associate in the firm's Business and Transactions Department, focusing her practice on transactional law and corporate matters. As a summer associate at Ballard Spahr, she gained experience across multiple departments, drafting transactional agreements, briefs, memoranda, and pre-trial motions.
While attending law school, Katelyn was a student attorney with Boston College’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic. In this position, she worked with local startups and small businesses, advising her clients on entity formation and governance issues, and drafting employment contracts, offer letters, operating agreements, and other key documents. Katelyn also gained experience as a summer volunteer at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
