Erin Blasberg is a registered patent attorney and associate in Ballard Spahr's Intellectual Property Department, where she focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation. Erin has experience in trademark disputes, representing clients in trademark infringement and counterfeiting matters and in contested proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), including oppositions and cancellations. Erin’s practice also spans complex IP and technology-driven disputes, including trade secret misappropriation, patent litigation and Hatch-Waxman matters, and cases involving web scraping and computer trespass issues. She is experienced across all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution, representing clients across a broad array of industries.
While in law school, Erin served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Amy Totenberg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia where she researched and analyzed pending motions before the court. Before law school, Erin worked as an environmental compliance specialist with the Environmental Protection Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, bringing a practical, detail-oriented perspective to technically intensive matters.
