- Represented, as Maryland corporate counsel, publicly held real estate investment trusts in underwritten public offerings of common stock and debt securities in the amount of $300 million or more and in underwritten public offerings of preferred stock in the amount of $50 million or more
- Represented, as Maryland corporate counsel, privately held real estate investment trusts in connection with obtaining subscription secured credit facilities
