'Strong Possibility' DC Voters Would Favor Rent Freeze

In this Q&A with Law360, Roger Winston discussed the status of a rent-control ballot initiative in the District of Columbia and the impact it could have on D.C. if it passes.

"A rent freeze on all apartments would scare investors away from the nation's capital and lead to less housing being built, though the developers that still participate in the market may benefit from reduced competition, said Roger D.
