Maggie Tatton Named to Minnesota Lawyer's 2026 Top Women in Law

Minnesota Lawyer honored Ballard Spahr Partner Maggie M. Tatton on Thursday, October 22, at a gala event celebrating their 2026 Top Women in Law.

This recognition celebrates exceptional attorneys who lead monumental deals, change lives through pro bono work, and mentor the next generation of women lawyers. The honorees span the full breadth of the legal profession, and each one was selected by an independent panel based on Minnesota Lawyer’s core principles of leadership, professionalism, accomplishment, and passion for making a difference.

Maggie is the Practice Leader of the firm’s Private Equity Group. She represents private and public companies, private equity funds, and management teams in mergers, acquisitions, sales, and other strategic business transactions such as joint ventures, minority investments, roll-ups, and carve-out transactions. Maggie also assists startup entrepreneurs and rapidly growing companies in the areas of entity formation, general corporate services, and fundraising.
