Ballard Spahr made Puget Sound Business Journal's list of the largest Seattle-area mergers and acquisitions law firms.

To compile its list, the publication looked at each firm's number of attorneys in King, Kitsap, Snohomish, and Pierce counties as of the end of the first quarter of 2026.
