Disparate Impact Cases Would Rely Solely on Courts Under HUD Rule

Andreano, Jr., for comment on a recent proposal by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to roll back its disparate impact standard under the Fair Housing Act and leave such discrimination cases to be defined by courts instead.
