The National Law Journal reached out to Ballard Spahr Senior Counsel Richard J. Andreano, Jr., for comment on a recent proposal by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to roll back its disparate impact standard under the Fair Housing Act and leave such discrimination cases to be defined by courts instead.
