Nuveen, Brandywine Close PA's Largest C-PACE Financing

Dominic J. De Simone and Joseph W. Weill supported Nuveen Green Capital in its recent commercial property-assessed clean energy financing with Brandywine Realty Trust as external counsel. They closed on $87.3 million, making this deal the largest C-PACE financing in Pennsylvania history.
