Ballard Spahr's Christian Barnes Named Minnesota Lawyer Up & Coming Attorney

Christian R. Barnes, an associate in Ballard Spahr’s Corporate practice, has been named a 2025 Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer.

Christian’s practice focuses on representing private companies and private equity funds in mergers, acquisitions, sales, and other strategic business transactions. He provides guidance to clients on day-to-day legal and business matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. He has experience across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, technology, life sciences, and professional services.
