Coronavirus Could Bring a ‘Culling’ to Phoenix Restaurants, Attorney Says

Even before the coronavirus pandemic, many restaurants were teetering on the brink due to increased labor costs and market saturation. Craig Ganz, member of Ballard Spahr’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group, told the Phoenix Business Journal what he sees coming next, now that customers are largely confined to their homes and many restaurants aren’t able to open for dine-in patrons.
