Intellectual Property Litigator Noah Robbins Joins Ballard Spahr

Noah S. Robbins—an intellectual property litigator known for his work in copyright and trademark disputes and brand enforcement—has joined Ballard Spahr as of counsel in Philadelphia, firm Chair Mark Stewart announced today.

Mr. Robbins has litigated significant cases involving breach of trademark licensing agreements, trademark infringement, and false advertising cases arising under the Lanham Act. He also has led national trademark enforcement programs.
