2022 South Dakota Manufacturing Summit

Joseph Anderson and Amy Arndt are speaking in a breakout session at the 2022 South Dakota Manufacturing Summit. The session, "Patent Considerations for Manufacturers: Strategies for Developing and Creating Value," will include a discussion of key patent strategies for manufacturers, including strategies for developing a robust patent portfolio and strategies for commercializing patent assets. The session will also dive into the key considerations for manufacturers who are seeking to identify innovations that are worthy of patent protection, as well as an explanation of the key considerations for manufacturers who are seeking to build up their patent portfolio to take advantage of licensing, litigation, or merger and sale/acquisition opportunities.
