Share
You received a demand letter, want to send one, or want to license the IP of your company or client. Now what? Join us for a free ethics CLE to learn the practical and ethical considerations for these common IP scenarios based on recent legal developments. Topics to be covered include avoiding conflicts, using private investigators, maintaining privilege over pre-suit investigations like expert surveys and infringement analysis, deceit and candor in licensing deals, and communicating with adverse parties and in-house personnel.
This program is approved for 1.0 CA, NV, NJ, NY & PA Ethics CLE credit; Uniform Certificates of Attendance will be available for AZ licensed attorneys. The State Bar of AZ does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the MCLE requirement. This activity may qualify for up to 1.0 hour toward your annual CLE requirement.
This program is free to attend. For more information, contact Lisa Prickril at prickrill@ballardspahr.com
