Ballard Spahr is pleased to present the first in its new webinar series: “The Retail Resource: Current Issues and Solutions for Manufacturers, Distributors and Retailers of Consumer Goods.” Please join us for our program focusing on why retailers should evaluate the data they buy and conduct appropriate due diligence on vendors selling them customer information, including sensitive categories of information such as location and race.

Our attorneys will discuss the California Consumer Privacy Act, emerging geolocation and other privacy issues relevant to retailers, data breach litigation involving retailers, as well as recent cases that have been highlighted in the news.
