Dr. Shanaysha Sauls was named President and CEO of the Baltimore Community Foundation by its Board of Trustees in January 2018. Shanaysha has worked in the private sector, the non-profit sector and in academia. Her career has focused on strengthening mission-centered organizations and positioning them to achieve their respective visions. From charter school operator to strategic planning consultant for colleges and universities, Shanaysha's work experiences have included local startup organizations with assets ranging in size from $500,000 to national institutions boasting assets well over $1 billion.
