Partial 10th Circuit Win Puts DOJ in Bind on Antitrust Charges

Law360 reached out to Ballard Spahr antitrust litigator James Mitchell for an article about the ongoing case against a Utah-based heir-tracking company. The case, which alleges anti-competitive conduct, raises novel questions of standing as well as “rule of reason” standards.
