Ballard Spahr Partner and Team Leader of the Mixed-Use Development and Condominiums Team Roger D. Winston will participate in the webinar "Top Ten Issues Common to Large Scale Multi-Year Projects and Mixed Use Projects," hosted by the American Bar Association and American College of Real Estate Lawyers this Thursday, January 25.

This is the first part of a two-part webinar series entitled "Unique Legal Issues for Mixed-Use and Large-Scale Projects". The first webinar will explore the challenges and alternatives associated with planning, developing, owning, operating, financing, and maintaining mixed-use and mixed-ownership projects. The second webinar "Risky Business: Avoiding Coverage Gaps and Overlaps When Insuring Mixed-Use Projects" will explore the different types of insurance required or desirable at the design phase, the construction phase, and the operational phase and how to properly transfer risk through the use of insurance and avoiding gaps in coverage.
