Rachel Doran has more than a decade of experience working with political campaigns, PACs, and nonprofit organizations, specializing in fundraising and compliance.

Rachel has served as a political consultant, compliance manager, and adviser at the federal, state, county, and municipal levels. Her experience includes working with elected officials seeking office at all levels of government.

She provides a full scope of operations and compliance services to PACs, Super PACs, 501(c)(3), and 501(c)(4) organizations.

Before joining Ballard Spahr, Rachel was a principal at a political fundraising firm.
