Joseph W. Weill concentrates his practice on all aspects of transactional real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, development and redevelopment of multifamily, retail, office, industrial and warehouse properties. He has helped counsel all manner of investors, developers and lenders in the real estate space. This experience includes the representation of developers and investors in connection with the acquisition and subsequent redevelopment of affordable and senior housing projects that are partially funded with low-income housing tax credits and other similar state and federal programs. Joe also has an active leasing practice representing both landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations.

In addition to his transactional real estate practice, Joe has significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in connection with real estate finance matters. He has represented national and local banks, insurance companies, institutional lenders and borrowers in various lending transactions, including single lender and syndicated acquisition, construction and bridge loan facilities.

Joe is involved in all aspects of his real estate, leasing and finance transactional matters, including the drafting of documents and the review of underlying due diligence materials.
