
Kristine Waddell is a licensed patent attorney with nearly a decade of legal experience, as well as prior professional experience as an analytical chemist. Kristine focuses on patent application preparation, U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, and analysis of patentability, patent invalidity, and freedom to operate. Her experience encompasses numerous industries, including small-molecule pharmaceuticals, biologics (including therapeutic viral vectors and vaccines), medical devices, consumer products, chemicals, cosmetics, solar energy, and oil and gas.

Prior to attending law school, Kristine worked for four years as an analytical chemist in the pharmaceutical industry.
