Blaine F. Sanders is a former summer associate at Ballard Spahr, and has experience in matters relating to public utilities exemptions and tax assessment appeals, as well as multifamily property deals. Blaine previously was a summer clerk at the Delaware Department of Justice, where he prepared memoranda to aid the office’s involvement in Board of Pardons hearings and investigated potential violations of state securities law. Blaine also formerly worked as a senior legal assistant at an immigration firm, where he aided clients applying for nonimmigrant visas and assisted with both employment and family-based Green Card applications.

During law school, Blaine was temporarily admitted to the Tennessee bar to work with the Vanderbilt Housing Clinic representing low-income tenants and individuals with disabilities in landlord-tenant disputes, primarily eviction defense and Fair Housing Act claims.
