D. Finn Pressly counsels clients on health and welfare benefit plans. Throughout his extensive experience as an employee benefits attorney, he has advised employers across industries on benefit plan design, compliance audits, health care reform planning, and day-to-day plan administration.

Finn guides clients through compliance issues related to ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ACA, including COVID-19 vaccine incentive programs. In addition, he counsels employers on domestic partner benefits, retiree health plans, HSA/HDHPs, federal mental health parity compliance, cost-containment strategies, and wellness plans. He assists employers in analyzing the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs on their health and welfare benefit plans.
