Uchenna Osagiede is an associate in the firm’s Business and Transactions Department, focusing on employee benefits and executive compensation. She has developed employee handbooks, policies, and state digests for client expansion to ensure compliance with relevant state and federal laws. Uchenna also has experience preparing various motions, discovery requests, briefs, settlement and severance agreements.
Prior to her role at Ballard Spahr, Uchenna interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission, where she drafted memoranda for ongoing investigations and trial matters, reviewed investigative testimonies and evidentiary exhibits for pending trials, and conducted investigative tasks related to non-compliance with agency regulations.
