Brian C. Meadows' integration and leadership in the chemical and patent industry give him the advantage to understand the complex issues at the heart of patents, technology, and law. With a focus on client value, and focused strategy, he is able to get to the heart of our clients' legal issues, and solve them strategically and swiftly.

He is the Practice Leader of the firm's Patents Group, as well as a member of the chemical, pharmaceutical, and mechanical technologies patent teams. He has extensive experience prosecuting domestic and foreign patents, counseling clients on strategic portfolio management, and providing opinions on patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity and non-infringement. His clients range from multinational corporations, midsize companies, to local startups and universities. Brian also partners with our litigators to bring additional knowledge in the areas of chemical, mechanical, medical technologies, and pharmaceutical fields. In addition to this work, Brian also has experience in corporate due diligence/M&A patent acquisition projects.
