Thomas Lovett focuses on corporate and securities matters, including public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, general representation of SEC reporting companies, and the representation of investment bankers and broker-dealers. He also represents private companies across multiple industries.

Thomas has been primarily responsible for a number of public and private offerings, representing both issuers and underwriters/agents. He has represented clients in an array of industries, including life sciences, manufacturing, telecommunications, entertainment, financial institutions, and insurance, and has deep experience in pay ratio disclosures, whistleblower laws, crowdfunding, and Reg A+.

Previously, Thomas served as a branch chief in the SEC’s Division of Market Regulation in Washington, D.C. He also served in the Peace Corps in the Philippines.
