Jessica Laderman Origlio is a corporate and transactional attorney who counsels privately held companies on a broad spectrum of corporate law matters. Jessica counsels companies on mergers, acquisitions and general corporate matters, with an emphasis on growth strategy for emerging growth companies, start-ups, and venture capital funds.
