Jonas Jarvholm is a member of the Chemical and Pharmaceutical, and Mechanical Technologies (including Medical Device and Ornamental Design), practice teams in the firm's Patents Group. Jonas drafts and prosecutes patent applications and prepares patentability and non-infringement opinions, both domestically and internationally, covering a broad range of chemical and mechanical technologies including materials science, chemical processes, advanced materials, polymers, pharmaceuticals, nanotechnology, medical devices, constructions, and ornamental designs. His practice also includes post-grant proceedings, such as Post Grant Review (PGR) and Inter Partes Review (IPR). Additionally, he is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Jonas develops and manages patent portfolios for both domestic and international clients. His clients operate in markets that include advanced wound care, pharmaceuticals, flooring, textiles, consumer goods, coatings, metallurgy, forestry, and furniture. Jonas works with a hands-on approach to best serve his clients. He likes to often visit clients and present on current patent topics.
