Fatema Ghasletwala focuses her practice on a variety of intellectual property matters, particularly in the fields of technology and consumer goods. She counsels clients on copyright and trademark strategy issues, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, maintenance, expungement, and reexamination. She handles domain name disputes and drafts a variety of intellectual property agreements, including licensing agreements.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Fatema worked in the intellectual property department of an Am Law 100 law firm.
