David Evans is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department with a focus on public finance. He has experience assisting underwriter and bank counsel on financing transactions for health systems, charter schools, and other nonprofit entities; and he has counseled clients concerning employment law, contract drafting, and corporate governance and formation.
