Justin Esposito concentrates his practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration, including taxation, charitable planning, business succession, and generational wealth matters.
Justin advises high-net-worth individuals and families and has particular experience in succession planning for individuals with interests in closely held businesses. He represents closely held business owners, executives, and families in crafting and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer plans.
Justin counsels clients on complex matters involving estate and gift taxes as well as general business issues involving family and closely held businesses. He has experience with matters involving charitable trusts, foundations, nonprofits, and other philanthropic organizations.
