Patricia G. Cramer works with businesses on general corporate matters, including structure and governance.
For over 20 years, Trish has worked primarily with a public company, which lists its stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, on day-to-day corporate operations issues. She also worked on periodic reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, proxy statements, annual meetings, Section 16 filings, and issuing opinions for the sale of stock pursuant to Rule 144 for the company. In addition, she has provided corporate support for the company's acquisitions and financings and its trademark portfolio.
She has also worked on annual and periodic reports, Section 16 filings, and governance matters for companies listed on the NYSE. In addition, Trish has assisted clients with the selection of trademarks, filing and trademark applications, policing of trademarks, and the maintenance of trademark registrations.
Following her clerkship with the Honorable Frank X. O’Brien, Trish was a Staff Attorney with the Central Legal Staff of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
